I emailed Shane for an update about policy changes 9/15/2023 and see my new policy doesn't have them in NOV2023. This is after multiple exchanges. Working with James from the office, I've had a couple emails/questions ignored, requiring follow up. I get the impression they are unconcerned with what I'm concerned with, from their action and their professionalism."
