"I’ve been a client of this State Farm office for the last 2 years and have mainly just done everything online. I recently came into the office to have a policy changed over to insure a vanlife van. James was so helpful and knowledgeable and he clearly enjoys his job. He made sure to get all the material that was needing to be processed by underwriting from me over the course of the week. Everything got approved and in a timely manner. When I was in the office, Shane Ennis stopped in and it was my first time meeting him as well. He made me feel like I was a part of the State Farm Insurance “family” which seems silly to say, but it was the personal touch I wasn’t expecting. Before going into their office I was thinking it was going to be like going to the DMV or something, but instead I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the whole process was. I even had hot coco from their office while it poured down rain outside. Thanks again James and Shane."

"I love this staff in this office. I have been with state Farm for years now and they never disappoint. My agent James is amazing and has always been. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are informed and comfortable with your policy choices. He is friendly, professional and really does care about your well being as well. I recommend this office and give them 100/100."

"State Farm was okay, but Shane's office has been awful to work with. They've spelled my name wrong at least twice in sending forms, requiring email exchanges to resend. I emailed Shane for an update about policy changes 9/15/2023 and see my new policy doesn't have them in NOV2023. This is after multiple exchanges. Working with James from the office, I've had a couple emails/questions ignored, requiring follow up. I get the impression they are unconcerned with what I'm concerned with, from their action and their professionalism."

"Hello Jeff, thank you for explaining what caused your frustration. I'm very sorry for what lead to your dissatisfaction. I have spoken with James and researched this specific situation. I was able to confirm that we submitted the correct changes at the time of your request. It did however take an unusually long time for our underwriting department to issue the requested changes and I can understand the confusion that would cause not seeing them active on your online account. Do know these changes did take effect for the date you requested. There are more details I'd be happy to share with you that I believe would bring much more understanding to this situation. I have reached out via email and phone and would definitely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally. Again I sincerely am sorry for any frustration you experienced and truly would like an opportunity to make it right. Sincerely, Shane"

"My family and I have been customers for years. The office has always been respectful and informative. Shane is very attentive to his customers and is knowledgeable of services offered by State Farm. We have multiple coverages with this office including life insurance. I recommend this office for all of your insurance needs as a whole!"

"Brandi bundled my Home owner's and full coverage Auto insurance at a great price. I received a quote by email just minutes after we spoke on the phone. She was easy to understand and explain my best interests and coverage options. What a relief after dealing with the dumpster fire at Progressive.🙂"

"I had a great experience dealing with Jazmin. She helped me through adding a new vehicle and removing an old one. She even had suggestions on how to save a little on some other policies. "Jazmin helped me through text message, email, and via phone call. She was easy to communicate with and made everything easy to understand. She also went out of her way to inform me of ways to improve my auto insurance coverage by only increasing my monthly payment by a few dollars. I'm very impressed with her customer service, as well as State Farm's commitment to calling me back 6 months after our last phone call (as I had requested.) I'm happy to say I switched over from my other auto insurance provider today, saved hundreds of dollars, and tripled my coverage because of Jazmin's good interaction with me."

"This is one of the worst insurance companies I have came across in a long time. I believe the girls name who called to quote me for a life insurance policy is Brandi. She called me and I haven’t been able to get ahold of her ever since she’s called me. Every time I call she’s not in office or to my understanding she’s running late. I went ahead and took my business elsewhere. Th"

"Brandie was extremely helpful with returning my calls and getting me setup for business insurance. I greatly appreciate the prompt and friendly service! She called me back with new information if she did not know the answer or had to get clarification. She got me a great rate and also going to try and get me a quote for my personal insurance to see if she can save me more money. Fantastic Service!!!"

"I initially called this office today to see about liability insurance for my small business. Brandi was very helpful about getting quotes and letting me know my best options. She even got the cost lowered from $440 a year to $325! She called me every time she got new information, and helped walk me through the process. I decided to see about an auto insurance quote for my personal vehicles, and Brandi ran that through for me. Brandi and State Farm saved me 50% on my car insurance, straight up. I was paying $367 with my previous carrier. With State Farm, auto and renters' insurance only costs me $188. I am so stoked! Brandi was bubbly, responsive, and just so incredibly helpful. Thank you!"
